At The Celtic Apothecary, every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your herbs and handmade soaps arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
During busy periods or seasonal demand, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. For orders exceeding 2kg, standard shipping rates may not apply. Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the best delivery option for you.
International Shipping

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier or postal service.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
