Gout

Gout is a form of inflammatory arthritis caused by excess uric acid in the blood, leading to painful joint inflammation. Certain herbs alongside dietary changes, have long been used in traditional herbal practice to support comfortable joints and healthy uric acid balance.

Diuretics - Dandelion Leaf or Couch Grass may help flush uric acid from the body.

Anti-inflammatories - Meadowsweet, Nettle, turmeric and ginger are historically associated with supporting joint comfort and ease.

Lymphatics - Cleavers, Marigold and Poke Root to help support the lymphatic system when dealing with congestion and immune cell infiltrations.

Analgesics - Valerian, Passionflower, Skullcap or Chamomile may support relaxation and manage stress.

Apply cooling compresses externally such as Lavender, Chickweed, Peppermint, Chamomile and Cleavers may help reduce heat.
